1. Production efficiency and printing cost

there are many connection production situations between the printing process and post-processing process of embossing, which can realize the connection combination with offset printing, gravure printing, printing, digital inkjet printing and other printing methods, as well as processing devices such as cold pressing and die cutting, which provides the possibility for the production of labels from feeding to die cutting into finished products at one time, with high production efficiency and low printing cost. 2. Drying speed and drying effect

When printing a large area of the field, the operator can increase the ink volume, so that the printed ink layer is thick and textured. The ordinary sheet fed offset press has no UV curing function, and the printed ink cannot be dried immediately. Therefore, when printing a large area of the field, if the ink layer is thick, it is easy to cause sticky dirt, poor ink drying and other phenomena

3. Eye tone printing

when eye tone printing, offset printing performs better, and the transition from flat to absolute changes naturally; The performance of embossing is poor. When it transitions from the total experimental force level to absolute, there will be a break at the point area ratio of about 3%. However, with the rapid development of embossing direct plate making technology, embossing has achieved a point area ratio from 1% to 99%

4. Rubber printing

rubber printing is a special printing method of embossing technology, which has not been involved in offset printing machines at present. The so-called adhesive printing is to peel off the base paper of the self-adhesive material first, then print on the "glue surface" with adhesive, then compound the base paper with it, and finally continue to print on the surface of the self-adhesive material and make the finished product. This printing method has high technical requirements, and a back printing unit should be installed on the embossing. Generally, the printing of adhesive surface is to print the "adhesive surface" first and then the front, so the first few units of the embossing machine should be refitted into the back adhesive printing unit. In addition, we should also pay attention to overprint, printing pressure control, material flatness and other issues when printing on both sides

5. Anti counterfeiting effect

the printing machine with any combination of embossing and printing, gravure printing, offset printing and other printing methods can realize the complementary advantages between various printing processes on a label and can test the actual bearing capacity of the sleeper, making the label more exquisite and anti-counterfeiting. The author believes that it is quite difficult to copy labels printed by combined printing machines. If the counterfeiter wants to use a single printing method to forge the label printed by the combined printing machine, he must deal with the problem of secondary tracking, otherwise there will be overprint error and the original label cannot be reproduced
